I love monograms. There is just something about having something personalized that makes it feel more special. Christopher isn't as wild about them as I am (e.g. my pink hand towels with the green monogram are now in the linen closet), so I was totally jazzed when I discovered he liked this monogram stamp.
Ordered from Etsy, a retailer named "Love to Create Stamps" made this for me and it was shipped almost immediately. You can see all her work here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6326086 . I love, love, love it -- and it's so me. The dots and eyelet design just add a little extra flair. Christopher is upset that his initial isn't first. I told him that his family isn't footing the bill!! :-) (Plus, I looked for the proper etiquette and I win) He asked (rightly so) if the monogram was now going to be stamped everywhere. Yes, yes it is. I feel like it would add a nice touch to the kitchen walls... ;-)
